If you are purchasing a condominium using conventional financing, we will need to know more about the condo. These two documents are typically needed in addition to the master deed and bylaws. Condo Questionaire and Condo Insurance

 

If you are getting an FHA loan on a condominium, you will need to have the FHA Condo Questionaire completed.

 

If you are getting a gift of money to purchase your home you will need a Gift Letter

A sample Quit Claim Deed. Consult proper legal counsel on this document.
